In Horde 8 of Night of the Hangry Horde DLC, your chefs will be serving up Pizzas.
Overview
The waves of unbread will attack the two barriers at the left and right sides of the kitchen and at the middle top, which will also act as Service Counters. The kitchen has a combination of walls, countertops and Unlockable Gates that, to start with, form a spiral of a corridor to reach the cooking area at the middle bottom. There's a gate just right of this cooking area which costs 200 coins to unlock, and another one to the left that costs 100 coins. This cooking area has two Chopping Boards, the Plate Return and the Bin. At the top left are three Ovens and the three Plates for this level. At the top right are the Sink and the Ingredient Boxes for tomatoes, cheese, chicken and pepperoni. In a different corner also on the top right is the box for dough. At the bottom right is the Fire Extinguisher.

Strategies
Even though the right gate is more expensive, it is by far the most useful, so unlock it as soon as you have enough spare coins after repairing the barriers. At the end of the last wave 4 Zombie Apples will attack you at once, so fend them off one or two at a time by focusing their two pizzas to reduce the amount of damage you have to repair at any given time.
